    “Chiuariu & Associates” is member of Union Internationale des Avocats – UIA The UIA is an association that is open to all lawyers of the world, whether general practitioners or specialists, bringing together thousands of individual members as well as about 250 bars associations, organisations or federations (representing almost three million lawyers), spread over more than 110 countries. The UIA affirms its universal character by bringing together bars and lawyers throughout the world and their professional associations, while respecting the diversity of judicial systems and cultures and respecting and defending human rights. The objectives of the UIA are to promote the basic principles of the legal profession throughout the world, particularly independence and freedom; to participate in the development of legal knowledge at an international level by organizing international congresses, seminars, conferences, forums and debates, issuing publications and distributing them through all media channels; to contribute to the establishment of an international legal order based on the principles of human rights and justice among nations, through the law and for the cause of peace; to co-operate with all national or international organisations having similar interests; to establish relations and exchanges between bars, bar associations and law societies at an international level.     Tudor Chiuariu is member in the Board of Trustees of ERA – Academy of European Law, from Trier, Germany. The Board of Trustees advises the Executive Board and Management Board particularly with regard to the planning of the programme of events. It is composed of individuals who are closely involved with European law in the institutions of the European Union and within legal and economic circles, particularly in the Member States.

    Tudor Chiuariu is member of European Society of International Law – ESIL. The goals of the ESIL are to contribute to the rule of law in international relations and to promote the study of public international law. For these purposes its Constitution provides that it will: organise and support in-depth exchanges of ideas on matters of common interest to international lawyers in Europe and elsewhere; encourage high-level scholarship and analysis; provide a forum for European-wide discussions, and foster the involvement and representation of younger scholars; promote a greater awareness and understanding of international law not only amongst lawyers but within the general public; and foster a greater appreciation of the role of the European tradition and develop European perspectives in international law.

    Tudor Chiuariu is member of European Lawyers Network. European Lawyers is a ‘European-based Law Network’ which embraces all World. We aim to provide an immediate point of reference for discussions about issues commonly faced by lawyers practising in different jurisdictions, by thus promoting trustworthy contacts and creating rooms for the possible working options. In addition, we believe and perfectly understand the value of relying on true friendships. European Lawyers counts today on 2800 lawyer members on a global scale. And, most importantly, launch 'Local & Global Events', in several towns around Europe and the rest of the Globe which are organized by its' founders collectively with its' officers.
