Short Presentation
Georgiana is member of the Bucharest Bar Association and she has previously worked for two years with one of the leading Law Offices in Iasi specialized in criminal law.
Before joining CAAL, Georgiana had worked for 18 months in one of the leading Romanian law firms, where she assisted both international and national clients on various M&A and Corporate matters. Her experience includes drafting contracts, due diligence reports, memoranda, legal opinions and assisting clients in merger procedures, share acquisitions, investments and company restructurings.
Georgiana has a rich experience in criminal law, assisting and representing clients in their relationship with the Prosecutors and the courts of justice regarding charges of corruption, tax evasion, forgeries and frauds, abuses of office and negligence, as well as crimes against the person and the patrimony.Besides her activity as an attorney, Georgiana is involved in several Romanian NGOs, dealing with cultural and social projects and being involved in fundraising activities.
Georgiana holds a Law degree, has graduated a postgraduate course in Business Law and also the National Institute for Lawyer's Training and Professional Development.
